Note: In today's world of technology, clients have access to phone numbers I may be returning their calls from. Since my business phone number is a virtual voicemail, I can not call from that number. Instead I call clients back from any number of phones and, to be honest, I rarely remember to block calls when I make them. So, in the interest of keeping my life balanced, PLEASE, when calling me, call only my business line (the number above). Thank you in advance for your consideration.

E-mail is checked once a day in the evening hours. Should you need to cancel an appointment the same day or need me to respond quickly, please call instead of sending an e-mail, so I can get back to you in a timely manner.

Although I try to make myself available as much as possible, I typically do not return calls over the weekend. If you leave me a message over the weekend, I will get back to you the next business day.

If you are in an emergency situation and can not reach me, please call 911 or get yourself to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately. Leave a message for me so that I am able to reach you when I become available.
